[Husker] Beck Transfer?

I read a post from someone I forgot who it was that "heard" Beck had told
the staff he was transferring after this year because of a broken promise of
not recruiting another quarterback.

 

No one has commented on this.  I have a couple comments.

 

First.I thought the promise was Callahan would not recruit another
quarterback last year, not for the duration of Becks' time at Nebraska.and, 

 

Second.if it is true that Beck told Nebraska this, does that say anything
about the character of Beck.

 

Just some thoughts.I honestly hope that Beck stays and does great things,
with Freeman backing him up and relieving him during some blowouts.in the
next few years.then when Beck leaves early for the NFL, Freeman is ready to
go.
