[Husker] I don't understand you people

Other than the WF game, every time NU had the ball
was important. I agree with BC (I never thought I
would say that). Taylor is the better QB now. Will
Beck be better than Taylor when he is a junior?
Possibly, but we don't know yet.
So a program that is struggling plays their best QB
every play. That makes sense. Beck is listed as #2.
If Taylor does not get hurt, Beck saves his red-shirt
season and gets some snaps in parts of games next
year. If Taylor is hurt, BC puts the next best QB in
the game and, I quote Herman Edwards, "you play to win
the game."
I would think that Taylor is light years ahead of
Beck. Taylor has three years of College FB under his
belt. Taylor is the best option at NU right now, so
ride that arm as long as you can.
BC tried to save the red-shirt season, however, was
forced to play Beck in a crucial part of an important
game. Why is this so hard to understand?
What is with the comment on exclamation points have
to do with this discussion?

I would probably put Beck in all of the games if he's
really the qb of
the future. He certainly could go 3 in out in the 2nd
quarter without a
real let down, right? I wouldn't put him in at the
end, when the game
is on the line (but perhaps when it is no longer in
question either
way). I was personally (a little) disappointed we
signed Taylor and we
weren't going to see Beck from the get go. I was
hoping Taylor was then
insurance policy if Beck got hurt -- not the other way
around.
Unfortunately they don't invite me to practice for
player evaluation.
