Just before time on the 25 second clock ran out on KSU in the fourth qtr. -
back-up QB Webb CLEARLY was calling for a timeout, yet they had none. Delay
of game was called, is that it - only 5 yards!?! Not a major penalty???
 Anybody have some additional rules insight from the list? Thanks!
