I wasn't at the game, but didn't someone drill Beck late on the completion to add 15 yards? I'm not taking ANYTHING away from Beck whatsoever, in fact I think he will set records in Lincoln, but I think the team would have benefitted from having him start for 3 years instead of 2, assuming Taylor beats him out next year.

Is Ganz really that much worse than Beck that he couldn't have gone 1-6 with a pick and get a huge bonehead late hit in HIS favor? Who's to say Nebraska gets close enough without the late hit? That play may have been as bad for KSU as the fumble after a pick in the Texas Tech game was for NU.

Again, I'm not trying to put Beck or any of the players down, but you seem to think just because folks are questioning the decision to play a kid for 3 series in an entire season is a knock on the player. Now, if Beck is in fact listed #2, this is a moot argument, and he should be the one to go in.

And if you can provide me with Beck's email, I will gladly let him know my thoughts, particulary the part about how I wish he had 4 full more years to lead this team back to glory.
