What a GREAT decision to put Harrison Beck in.  He could have been the goat,
but then leads the drive and will get to take away the memory of throwing
the pass that set up the game winning field goal.  I am so psyched for him,
and fellow Callahan recruit Jordan Congdon.  That showed some nerve to go in
there with the OL stinking up the place and the offense, as Rose put it,
neutered.

Guess what?  Callahan wanted to win a friggin' football game and didn't sit
down with his crystal ball and plan out Beck's football career.  And giving
him the chance today may have secured a few more recruits by showing that
anyone can get the shot if the situation arises and the player is prepared.
There has also been talk of the transfer beast rearing its ugly head with
some freshmen, and Beck's ultimate success could change that.

Here's an idea: how about Brad, Jerry, Josh, et. al forward your emails to
Harrison Beck and invite him to comment on your astute prognostication.
