Thanks for the details. I couldn't quite remember. I recalled we were in a
position to win, having fought back (as you recalled for me) to be within a
touchdown and then getting the ball back. We had all that momentum, too.
That's one of the problems with falling behind. One interception can kill
you. By the time they were seniors, those players never put themselves in
that position. They won nearly every game by the same workman-like score of
35-7 or 34-7 or 42-7. The one exception was the game of the century with OU,
35-31.
