I can not recall this degree of ineptitude.  
 
8 first downs?  I think my son's junior high team at Dakota Valley could do that.
 
Face it folks.  We are not very good.  The bells and whistles at the beginning of the year was a grand facade.  
 
I don't think I ever witnessed an Osborne or Solich team get worse in October or November as Callahan's have; they almost always improved or at least stayed about the same. 
 
Apparently Steve P will have to amend his statement about not wanting to hand over the Big XII title every year to Oklahoma or Texas.  He will now have to retract that and think about whether he is happy with handing the Big XII North Division title to Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Iowa State, or Kansas State as NU will have lost to all of those teams at least once combining this and last year.
