I suspect nobody outside of the coaching staff
understands what 
'scripted plays' really means, either.  

It believe it does NOT mean that they know exactly
what 15 plays 
they're 
going to run, it does mean that they have a list of
what plays they 
want
to try in what situations.  (In fact, that's kind of
what I envision 
when
someone says 'game plan'.)

The plays are listed in order.  BC does not waiver in
choosing the first 15 regardless of down or distance. 
He has stated that on his coaches show and it is how a
lot of WC offense coaches operate.  They just select
better plays.
