[Husker] Scripted plays

I believe this is one of BC's things to do.

My recollection is started with Bill Walsh as part of the original  
WCO.  Had to do with seeing the response to each play.  Based on  
results so far it's had good news - bad news effects.  Good news is  
BC and staff seem to be able to make the adjustments necessary to  
move the ball in the second half. Hence, the comebacks.  Bad news is  
the comebacks have been needed and the D may have spent too much time  
on the field by then.
