[Husker] Bright future

I don't normally like looking ahead to future seasons during a current seaosn, but I was looking at the depth chart today, and besides wondering why Beck is not #2, I noticed that there are many experienced starters returning next season on both sides of the ball. Plus, the Huskers get Herian and Octavien back from injuries, although it will be tough to gauge Herian at this point. At first glance, I counted 8 returning starters on offense and 7 on defense, if you count Herian and Octavien as returning starters. Some of the players making the biggest impacts this season are relatively new to the program- McKeon, Nunn, Grixby, etc. It seems like there is some serious potential in place for next seaosn. Now, if the team can get a 6th win, an extra (bowl) game would help that experience too. Didn't Murtha start at left tackle last week? The chart has Thomas listed #1 there this week. And, I know it's premature, but does anyone think Brandon Jackson has a shot at beating out Lucky or is Brandon being moved to defense?
Ok, enough daydreaming at the office, I'm ready for the weekend.
