Okay, I went through a few of Bapi's rankings by schedule strength. 
Here's where Nebraska ranked for a few years (I didn't see late 80s 
available):

1991	22
1992	16
1993	18
1994	60
1995	29

2005	53

This year's schedule (so far) seems weaker on average (29th) than 
those early 90s years.
