I think it is premature to declare Callahan a successful recruiter just because
his recruits have mostly been well-regarded by the same 'experts' who dissed 
more than a few of the players that Tom Osborne recruited en route to his 3 
national championships.  

Let's see the extent to which the players he signs can get and stay eligible,
and how they perform on the field.  

We can all cite schools that have out-recruited Nebraska over the years 
but haven't have the success the Huskers have had.
