In the 1970's and 1980's it was not unusual for the football coach to also 
be the AD.  That's much less likely to be the case now, because the AD is 
a full-time position.

Bob was hired as the head football coach in January of 1962.  He was named
the AD in 1967 and coached his last game in January of 1973.
