Well, even if, for the sake of argument, say SP does replace HCBC after the 
season is over. Won't the next two seasons with the new coach be pretty much 
like these last two? The new guy will change the offensive and defensive 
systems, and have to take a few years to recruit players that fit into the 
new systems. Do not get me wrong, I do not like to see the team finish below 
.500 and not go to a bowl game. But no matter who is here, or will be here, 
he is likely to experience two or three seasons of growing pains. All part 
of college football in the 21st century. To quote former LA Kings coach, 
Barry Melrose, if winning was easy, everybody would be doing it (sorry to 
mix puck with pigskin).
