I know where all the holding calls went to in the NU-OU game.

They were in Evanston, where Northwestern had 6 of them called, in fact
I think those were the only penalties marked off against them all night.
(Every one seemed to come on a big play, too.)

Michigan had just 2 penalties for 10 yards in that game, nary a holding call
in the lot.

In fact, I've seen more holding non-calls this year than I can count, in
games in every conference.  It makes me wonder if this hasn't become the 
1-A football equivalent of the major league strike zone.
