Not only have opponents scored on opening drives against the Huskers
but quickly and with relative ease, with little apparent opposition.
In he early going, the defense appears to be on Prozak.
Norvell, whose playcalling falls a bit short of scintillating, seems
surprised that Husker opponents have come up "new wrinkles." That's
what's called "making a game plan." Since when did Husker opponents
not use new wrinkles? His comment sounds as though it came from an
elementary school teacher.
If those easy first-minute touchdowns had not been given up, the
Husker would already be bowl-eligible.
Anybody want to bet a plugged nickel on what happens Saturday?
