Not all schools in the Big XII field baseball teams, is that true in the
SEC?  They have a bit of a weather edge down there, too.  

I also believe the concept of 'strongest league' is very difficult to define.

Suppose the Big XII had the top 2 teams in the country and the SEC had
teams ranked 11-18.  Which league is stronger?

If both the SEC and the Big XII wind up with 2 teams in Omaha, but none of
them win the CWS, which league is stronger?

I think if you could do a head-to-head match of the top team in the Big XII
against the top team in the SEC, #2 against #2, etc, that the top 4 teams
would be very competitive but with a slight edge to the Big XII, but by the 
time you get to 5 through 9 (or however many Big XII schools play baseball) 
that the SEC would dominate in the lower ranks.  Which league is stronger?
