Actually the reason I am excited about our receivers is Ted Gilmore, the new receivers coach. Colorado fans really are upset they lost him.

The receivers said over and over again how much technique they learned from him this spring.Friends that observed practice, said both Nunn and Fluellen have taken quantum leaps. Mulkey is really tough over the middle. Just their improvement gives me hope.

However, coming in we have Franz Hardy, a teamate of Taylor who is a fast, deep threat.
Chris Brooks is a big kid from St Louis who looks to be a possession type receiver.
Broderick Hunter, if he makes grades is a steal out of Texas
Tyrell Spain is a California Juco that could play DB or Receiver. People I trust hope he plays Receiver.
Wallace Franklin had the 3rd fastest 200 time in Texas. He could be a receiver but right now it sounds like he will start out at Safety
Justin Tomerlin is a juco DE who played TE in high school. He was Taylor's roomate in college. He is one of the newcomers that needs to be the real deal since it sounds like Herian won't be ready.





Hey, let's look at this for a bit, eh? 

Who is our receiving corps in the coming year? Everyone knows about Herian. 

What about the rest of them? What do we have coming in, JUCO or Frosh, and what do we have returning?
