I am sure there are smarter people out there than me, including
you. I could maybe see 8-3 but I could envision 4-7 or 5-6 as well.
When I look at the schedule I only see two "sure" or "automatic" wins.
That being Maine and Baylor. All things being equal Pittsburgh and Wake
Forest are likely wins but not "sure" wins. As far as I can tell the
rest are toss ups except Oklahoma. Kansas is improved so I don't see
anything easy about going to Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado. Unless the
Huskers play way above their capabilities and Oklahoma doesn't show that
one is most likely a loss. K-State and Texas Tech should be solid
again, maybe not great but solid and at least one publication believes
Iowa State is good enough to win the division. So yeah, a winning
record would be great after last year in my estimation. I do agree with
you 8-3 is a possibility that is there. I want at least that but I am
not going to be disappointed with less as long as it is over .500. All
these new recruits aren't going to be great right away.
