Perhaps I need to go back to 6th grade reading comprehension class, but I
thought Steve had merely distilled the opinions of other posters.

I'll say this. It is going to be very difficult to post from here on as I
doubt if I can live up to these ideals. At the very least it is going to take
longer because I am going to have to filter each post through these rules
and see if it meets the standard. I am sure that means fine tuning each post
many times. As a result some posts I will have to throw out because no matter
the fine tuning they won't meet the standard It will be interesting. It
will also be interesting to see if the poster can and will live up to his own
suggestions.
