They are all but a lock to host a regional and with any decent showing
in the Big XII tourney, they'll host a super regional too.  They have
an advantage with a cental location and new facilities.

As far as politics are concerned, with a new field and facilities u
will trump a team even or sometimes better than u to host a super
regional. In other words, you basically have to be in the top 12 teams
left to host a regional with their facilities/location.
