Before everyone gets excited, Bob Stoops isn't on his way out, although he is still probably trying to wash the tire tracks that Pete Carroll left on his back out of his clothes. 

Also, this isn't a post about the much maligned Larry Cochell. 

Rather, it appears that after DeLone's trial that the OU Athletic Department has decided to no longer let the RUF/NEKS on the field for the 20-minute period right before game time as not to interfere with pre-game drills. I guess they don't want anymore injured cheerleaders.
