I like Baseball America too and, unfortunately I don't think
there is much good free stuff to be had. But at least their
weekend preview, recap, Top 25 summary and Monday chat are
free.
Collegiate baseball has links to all the polls including
their own and a short summary of notables for the week.

Boyd's world has a usually weekly column and a clone of the
NCAA's RPI and his own rating system (ISR). Nebraska's
current ratings are why I think they're not going to host a
super-regional. Their RPI is low 40's before this weekend
and even Boyd's rating system had them at 19 before this
weekend.

The College Baseball Insider has a daily summary during the
season and a few coach/player diaries, as well as past
postseason and draft results and links to NCAA statistics.

This site has a bunch of information and seems to be update
more quickly than most, but not articles:

Rivals has a Big 12 baseball site and ones for other
conferences, but for anything worth reading I think you have
to be a subscriber.
So that's what I know.
