[Husker] TO to run for governor (fwd)

I'm not so convinced he'll win in a cakewalk, or at all.  

He's got an incumbent in the Governor's mansion who will give him a 
good fight, and is a much more experienced politician.  There will likely 
be a 3rd candidate in the Republican primary, too.  And if the Democrats 
can find and back a strong candidate, the general election could get 
VERY expensive.   

Also, keep in mind that the 3rd Congressional District has had a series
of officeholders who all breezed through their elections, too.  TO
hasn't really been in a hotly contested election yet.  

It is going to be difficult to keep that race from surfacing on this List,
so let remind everyone up front that your political leanings remain very
much off-topic here.  To the extent that the campaign has significant
Husker or UNL related content, discussion of it will be tolerated, but
TO has placed the Huskers in his past, and that's primarily where he belongs
on this list as well.
