[Husker] "Oklahoma" drill & Texas out of BCS?

This shows how screwed up the priorities of some politicians are.  It 
also shows how willing they are to force their opinions onto others (in 
this case the universities).

I agree the BCS is a poor system, but it's no worse that what was in 
place before. And what's poor about the BCS isn't the computers (which 
most target for criticism), but the constant human tweaking of the rules.
