[Husker] "Oklahoma" drill & Texas out of BCS?

A couple of interesting articles I came across:

Urban Meyer is instituting a drill similar to the
"callout" or "Oklahoma" drill, though they call it the
"Circle of Life"...

And Texas legislators are debating a bill that would
ban the state's universities from participating in any
post-season football championship series that does not
include at least 16 teams in an elimination format.

This bill would expire just before BCS bids go out
unless 4 of 12 other states pass similar rules.
(Steve Pederson fans may not want to notice that
Nebraska is not listed as one of the 12 states, though
Oklahoma and Colorado are...)
