If the Oklahoma drill serves only to build team unity,
not only between the players but also between the
players and coaches as well, it will be time and
effort well spent.  After the 3rd spring practice,
this idea sure sounds like a winner.

As for Panico, I can't help but remember the number of
people who criticized the fans in the stadium for
booing Steve Pederson at halftime of the Colorado
game.  None of those individuals criticized the booing
of Panico.  I will give Panico credit for keeping his
head up.
