[Husker] Update on Skippy & the Buffies

I don't know the origins of "Skippy", but it's used
nationwide now. I think the origins go back to when he
was at UCLA. Some of the dislike of Neuheisal goes
back to his days at Colorado, when he pulled out the
Samoan war drum to declare "war" on the 95 Huskers at
Boulder. Further cementing his reputation as a flake
was his guitar playing and tubing with the team.
As I recall, he was wearing out his welcome at
Colorado when he got the Washington job, when he
charmed the Washington AD to pay him Spurrier/Bowden
money to come to UDub.
