Dirk Chatelain digs into Barry Collier's recruiting,
and how his first few classes seemingly tanked.

Collier's first class was signed so late, that you
almost have to regard it as a throwaway.
His next 2 classes were better, but still didn't get
any impact players.  The 2003 class with Marcus Neal
and Charles Richardson was probably his weakest if you
ignore his first.  But his 2004 group of recruits is
the strongest so far, with Joe McCray and Aleks Maric.

And everybody who obsesses about recruiting has to
like what Collier has signed for 2005.
