[Husker] Pederson's letter to football ticketholders

What tickets are sold on a single-game basis?  I was under the
impression that most if not all of the tickets were sold as season
tickets.  Is this not the case?

Athletic director Steve Pederson sent out a 2 page letter over the
weekend to football season ticket holders; the letter starts by saying
that 2005 season tickets will remain at $45 a game.  I'm assuming that
tickets sold on a single-game basis will be higher, especially the
Oklahoma game.

The rest of the letter discusses the financial state of the program and
the timing of the facilities improvements.  It's a deftly worded plea
for additional contributions to the campaign.

Finally, it discusses plans to survey season ticket holders on how to
distribute the 6,440 new seats to be available starting in 2006.

I imagine the full text of the letter will be appearing in either the
Omaha or Lincoln papers shortly.
