     I agree it isn't easy to build programs.  But, it can be done.  And, I don't believe it takes 7-8 years to at least give people confidence the ship has been righted or is in the process of being righted.  As many teams as go to the Big Dance all one basically has to do is have a pretty good year to get there.  You don't have to be a world beater.  When I was comparing Callahan with Collier I was doing so to basically make the point people don't care as much about basketball as they do football.
