      You are exactly right and that is my point.  We want and demand excellence in football but accept mediocrity in basketball.  Of course that is why people will give Collier 6-7 years but that is also why we can continue to see mediocrity in basketball IMHO.  Is there anything wrong with wanting and demanding excellence in basketball as well as football?

     I agree the program has stabilized since Nee left but I don't know how of that is Collier's influence or just the fact Nee is gone.  I am not sure how many seeds of success I see.

     It could happen.  That's why they play the games.  However, I wouldn't bet the family farm on it.
