[Husker] Baylor basketball gets the almost-death penalty

The NCAA has imposed a partial death penalty against Baylor's men's
basketball team, banning them from non-conference games during the 2005-06 
season.  

Though I'm sure that was intended to create less havoc than a full-blown
death penalty, the Bears will have such a horrible RPI this season that
beating them will not help teams trying to make the NCAA Tournament.
