[Husker] Gift for ASU

That loss was FAR MORE dissappointing than any other loss I've seen as
a Husker baseball fan because we simply gave it away.  I can handle
being out played, but this one just hurts.  Especially after heroic
efforts by Gerch to pull us ahead, or Bruce to make a
sliding-double-play catch in center field in the bottom of the 9th.

5 things:

1) Brilliant idea to start Brandon Buckman over struggling Ledbetter
(2-2 on the day).  Terrible idea to pull him out and put Ledbetter
back in.

2) Dropped ball by Ledbetter (who btw, was one of the best fielding
1st basemen NU has ever had with a .984 fielding percentage, best % in
the infield this year).

3) Foul ball off the bat called a hit-by-pitch

4) Bad throw by another usually reliable fielder (Daniel Bruce) to
allow an extra run to score.

5) Worst of all, WHY PITCH TO A GUY WITH 22 HOMERUNS ON THE YEAR and 2
HOME RUNS ON THE DAY with first base open and 2 OUTS!!!!!!!!!  Do you
think if the situation were reversed and Gordan had 2 home runs on the
day they would pitch to him?  NO WAY!!
