The above scenario does not apply to Brian Donnelly!
Brian Donnelly is being suspended under Section 3.02. His violation was an
automatic suspension for "doctoring" baseballs.
It was not because pine tar assists his fielding.

You cannot take the pine tar "rag" into the batters box.
