Adam Shabala has had his contract purchased by the San Francisco
Giants.

Shabala has been at the Giants' AAA - Fresno Grizzlies

at Fresno he was 49-178 .275 with 5 HR and lots of strikeouts. OBP .340

The Giants have been terrible lately, so he should be getting a
chance...

...nice to have a success story right before the CWS...
