Recap of today's scores so far -

Arizona State is our opponent on Friday. They won game 3
against Cal State Fullerton 9-7. Don't know a lot about the
game except a couple errors by ASU led to a few runs for
CSF.

Ole Miss and Texas finished their game from last night at
noon today. Cox, the recently named stopper of the year,
melted down (2 errors fielding bunts) for Texas and Ole Miss
scored 4 runs in the 7th to take the lead 6-4, which was the
final. They played again this evening with Texas winning
3-1 behind Alaniz to force a Monday game. Texas should have
the advantage today with their pitching depth.

Rice lost to Tulane 7-0 which was 0-0 through 6 full and 1-0
through 8. Tulane broke the game open with 6 runs in the
top of the 9th. They play again tomorrow to decide who
advances to Omaha.

Baylor beat Clemson 7-1 as McCormick pitched 8 1/3 innings
with LaMotta closing it out. So Baylor forces a deciding
game with the advantage clearly now in their favor with due
to the pitching depth.

Saturday's late game OSU vs. USC was sloppy, sloppy, sloppy
on USC's part (8 errors). They played again late last night
with USC winning 9-8.

So all 4 Sat-Mon. series are 3 gamers, while the ASU/CSF was
the only one for the Fri-Sun set.

Today's Schedule:

New Orleans Super Regional - Game 3 1 p.m. ET

Waco Super Regional - Game 3 1 p.m. ET

Corvallis Super Regional - Game 3 4 p.m. ET

Oxford Super Regional - Game 3 7 p.m. ET

It would be great to see the Big 12 get 3 teams to the CWS.
If that were to happen Baylor and UT would face off in the
first round in the bracket opposite of NU. NU's second CWS
game will be against Tennessee or Florida.
