are all of these players seniors this year?  No
Will they definitely be gone next year?  Yes
Does MLB have any restrictions for drafting college players?
Yes
Can they draft them at any point in their college careers?
No

Of the 4, only Simo was a senior, but the expectation is for
all of them to sign.

Ledbetter and Jensen were also drafted - 18th and 23rd
round.  Don't know if Jensen will sign - probably depends on
what he's offered.

I may not have all of the rules right, but here's my
understanding of who is draft eligible:

1.  All high school seniors
2.  All JC players
3.  All college juniors and seniors
4.  Anyone who is 21 or older, regardless

NU's team will look quite different next year -

So when including the draft, that's 3/4 of our starting
infield, a mish mash of outfielders, and two/three starting
pitchers plus relievers.  There's a lot more change than
from last year.
