There are a couple of games listed with 10-12 point margins, so I'm not  sure 
the last play was a criterion.  I agree the 97 Missou win and the  24-17 win 
over Miami for Osborne's first title should definitely have made the  list.
 
Personally, although it didn't make the list either, my favorite ending has  
always been Matt Turman taking a knee on the Florida 2.  ;-D
