[Husker] NCAA violations at Kansas

If Roy Williams name wasn't already mud in Lawrence,
Kansas, it is now.  Kansas has placed itself on 2
years probabation for violations of NCAA rules in the
football and basketball programs.

Williams approved gifts of cash and clothing to
basketball players after their NCAA eligibility had
expired in an apparent "misunderstanding" of NCAA
rules.
