That would reduce the total number of scholarships by 2, which affects
the overall limit of 85.  Thus they have 2 more scholarships they can 
give out next year.  Whether that would be to a Juco player or a walkon 
who's already at Nebraska is up to the coaches, I guess.

Under past coaches, Nebraska usually gave out a few scholarships starting
in the 2nd semester, and sometimes even during the fall.  I don't know
if that's something BC has done much of yet.  They still can't exceed 
85 scholarships or 25 initial counters at any time, though.
