I don't think that's correct, because it would give schools too many ways
to tinker with the 25 player limit.  But I've already got enough of a
headache tonight, I don't feel like trying to dig into the NCAA Handbook
to look up the specifics of the rules.  

JC transfers could be part of other class years, not just 2004-05 but
also 2003-04 and possibly even 2002-03 if they have redshirted.  There 
may also be freshman from this year's team who will not be returning 
as scholarship athletes, but we don't know about it yet.
