[Husker] Scholarship limit question

I'm not sure I understand the question. As I understand the rules, NU can
sign any number of players to a scholarship in any given year, so long as
(a) the number of scholarship athletes from any "class" does not exceed 25
and (b) the total number of scholarship athletes does not exceed 85. Mike
Nolan is the world's foremost authority (okay, the List's foremost
authority) on NCAA rules, so he can point out any errors in the above.
