I do remember in FS's last full year, there was a OL from Texas that verballed to A&M, changed his
mind & called T. Gill. Gill's response was that he would not talk to the prospect until he (the prospect)
informed A&M that he was looking. Kid ended up at TTech.
As was pointed out, no rules at all, but that was how the previous staff did it. Decommits happen &
a team should take advantage of one. It is up the the coach & program if they want to chase a
verbal.
