[Husker] Hula Bowl/Corso

My how time flies when you're having fun.  Corso and Mike Gottfried served
as the head coaches for the Hula Bowl in 1995 and 1996.

The Hula Bowl wasn't sanctioned by the NCAA for a few years (ie, they weren't
paying the NCAA any money), and I think they had to bring in coaches who 
weren't current college coaches because the current coaches were, like 
current college players, restricted from playing in non-sanctioned events.  

It was a good gimmick for ESPN.  Corso got to pretend he was a coach again, 
just like when he was at Indiana.  I always thought they should have given
Beano a chance to coach the Hula Bowl, it would have been put-up or 
shut-up time for the Cookster!
