     This is the major reason I feel this is a good fit for Frank and 
possibly one of the reasons he took the job.  There should be little or 
no expectations or pressure.  I don't mean that in a negative way.  I 
just mean at the point he is in life he deserves to enjoy himself and 
not have people down his throat.  There really is only one way to go 
with this team.
