The list of those who declared for NU is as short as it could be - none.
Some of NU's targets declared for other schools: Nyan Boateng to Florida;
Ray Henderson to Tennessee; Dace Richardson to Iowa; Adam Myers-White to
Tennessee. Boateng was probably the only one NU had any real shot at, and he
would have been a nice pickup.
Marlon Lucky scored a TD on a nice 18-yd run (and then handed the ball to
the official; he didn't even do a dance, let alone a backflip - the kid was
born to play for the Huskers). Phillip Dillard got an interception and
seemed to be in on some tackles. Congden kicked all the West's extra points.
I never saw Leon Jackson, but he was slotted at safety, so I may have missed
him. Roark and Picou played, but that's all I saw.
