Short of actually signing an LOI, which he cannot do until February, I
think these two articles say (to me at least), they he's said
"Nebraska" pretty unequivocally.

That's pretty cynical, but I understand what you are saying. As far as
JUCO's not committing to the program as much as, say, HS recruits, I
don't know if that holds water or not. I think about Jarvis Redwine
and Mike Rozier and Demorrio Williams. Did they buy in? I don't know.
They certainly played like it. :)
