It will be interesting to see how this new rules will be enforced.  I 
wonder what kind of exceptions there will be.  And of course I suppose 
there will be the inevitable lawsuits.
The rule seems to give college football a dual personality.  Striving for 
the old student athlete yet at the same time growing as a big business to 
pay for small sports.
