[Husker] NCAA ties scholarships to graduation rates

The NCAA has enacted a new rule that affects schools
with graduation rates under 50% in their football,
basketball, and baseball programs.  Once a program has
a graduation rate below 50%, when a student becomes
academically ineligible, the school loses that
scholarship for a year.  Up to 10% of the scholarships
could be lost.
